The new design incorporates multilingual support (Arabic, French, and English) and provides real-time feedback during transactions, enhancing usability and building trust with users.

The Communication department at BTK Bank played a key role in ensuring the project aligned with the bank's brand identity and user communication strategies, resulting in a seamless, intuitive interface that caters to a diverse audience.
