UX Design
I design user-centered experiences grounded in real research. From lo-fi wireframes to usability audits and interview flows, I've worked on SaaS platforms (Karny, Quicktext, TalentAI) and fintech products (BTK ATMs) — always focused on reducing friction and increasing conversion.
UI Design
