Every product has a moment where the user hesitates, and that hesitation is expensive. My job is to find it before your customers do. I map flows, run research, wireframe, and test until the path through a product feels obvious in hindsight. At Digit-U, that work raised conversion by 25% on key journeys. At Quicktext, it cut design iteration cycles by 30%. Good UX doesn't announce itself. It just makes everything else look easy.
Experience
I'm a UX/UI Designer and Communication Specialist based in Tunis. My work runs across SaaS, fintech, blockchain, and AI-powered platforms, from a next-gen bank ATM to an AI hiring platform. I've shipped end-to-end products at Dar Blockchain, Digit-U, and Quicktext, I teach project management at ESEN, and I build my own products on the side, like Karny and TalentAI.
